The Bank, in conjunction with Financial Leeds, is holding a briefing with Victoria Saporta, Head of the Bank of England's Prudential Policy Division, on Tuesday 6 July.
Please note this will not be the Bank's usual presentation on the prospects for monetary policy.
Instead, the briefing will focus on the latest Financial Stability Report (to be published at the end of June). This aims to identify key risks to UK financial stability, a highly topical issue made more relevant as the Bank is taking on responsibility for financial stability and macro-prudential supervision from the Financial Services Authority.
There will be a Q&A session and an informal buffet lunch.
